Q. When will SNEUCABOO ship my order?
A. Your order will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order.
Q. How long does shipping take?
A. Your order will take between 2-3 business days to arrive after it is shipped, unless during a holiday season where shipping may take slightly longer.
Q. How do I exchange my product?
A.Exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase with the original sales receipt.
Exchanged must be unused. Any product that's been used or altered subsequent to the sale will not be accepted for an exchange.
Exchanges must be accompanied by a slip that states the reason for the exchange.
Exchanges must be sent in original packaging.
When mailing a product for an exchange, use a similar package that the product was delivered in by the carrier.
Customers shall be responsible for the shipping cost of an exchanged product.
