Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase with the original sales receipt. 

Returns must be unused. Any product that's been used or altered subsequent to the sale will not be accepted for a refund.

Returns must be accompanied by a slip that states the reason for the returned.

Returns must be sent in original packaging.

When mailing a product for return, use a similar package that the product was delivered in by the carrier.

Customers shall be responsible for the shipping cost of a returned product.

Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours.

All orders are processed and shipped on Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.
