Exchange Policy

Exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase with the original sales receipt. 

Exchanged must be unused. Any product that's been used or altered subsequent to the sale will not be accepted for an exchange.

Exchanges must be accompanied by a slip that states the reason for the exchange.

Exchanges must be sent in original packaging.

When mailing a product for an exchange, use a similar package that the product was delivered in by the carrier.

Customers shall be responsible for the shipping cost of an exchanged product.
